James Keaten selected as the best of Humanities and Social Sciences Professor

James · Keaten, has taught at the University of Northern Colorado for 22 years, has been awarded the Award for Best Humanities and Social Sciences Professor.

He has a doctorate at Pennsylvania State University communications and statistics. He also has a post-doctoral fellowship from Harvard University, the World's Religions.

UNC, he is a professor of Communication Studies and Associate Dean of the action, the humanities and the social sciences.

He said that the student is his favorite part of teaching at UNC.

"I think that teaching as a two-way process, teachers and students to discuss ideas, to the personal experience of life," Keaten said. "I would like to thank my students to share their thoughts and ideas, because each type of their unique, interesting and meaningful."

Keaten do not know, he is a candidate, was named the best of Humanities and Social Sciences Professor.

Although surprised, he thanked all the students vote for him.

"I want to thank each and every student to vote for me," Keaten said. "My students - I thank you for your vote, but you still need to write your term paper."
